Life Adventure Center: Using the Art of Adventure as a Teaching Mechanism

Nestled on over 500 acres right here in the Bluegrass, the Life Adventure Center uses unique teaching tools in order to “engage, educate, and empower individuals.” Imperative life skills such as respect, responsibility, communication, and teamwork can all be discovered through specialized programs developed by LAC. Educators and employers are always looking for ways to encourage cooperation and communication among their students or workers; though too often are these seminars and workshops brought to the location centered around PowerPoints and hypothetical examples. At the Life Adventure Center, individuals of all ages and backgrounds can learn these essential skills through the art of experiential education.
